J&J Plumbing & Heating

J&J Plumbing & Heating LLC installed our new dishwasher today, which we had purchased from Fred's Appliance. They did an absolutely wonderful job. Two obviously very knowledgeable men came to do the work and they were on time, very friendly & approachable, performed excellent work, and you could just tell by watching them for 2 minutes that they were certainly experienced. Thank you so much for your expertise and great work! Job well done.

J&J installed my electric dryer as a contractor for Fred’s Appliance in 2023. They vented it improperly resulting in service calls for unnecessary parts, a replacement, and a GE warranty claim that identified the installation shortcuts. Still not resolved as of 12/31/24 and as such I can’t currently recommend either company.

We bought a dishwasher from Fred’s Appliance and told that J and J would do the installation. After just 18 months, the screws began to literally fall out of the dishwasher. I called and asked about them coming back out to re-install it correctly and I was told it would cost $200 for the service call. Silly me just thought that they would just want to correct their bad installation. We will definitely never give this company any more of our money!!!!!!

Left my bathroom sink leaking. Did literally nothing. Said they won’t touch it because of previous contractor work when I called them back (took 4 calls to get anyone to answer) but sure didn’t say that before they took my money. Previous contractor won’t come back because this company came out to look at it. When I called the office the woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude and talked over me the whole time. I ended up hanging up on her. Do not use this company!!!

I have no idea why the reviews are so low for J&J's currently. They just installed a refrigerator and double oven for me today and the guys were very qualified and respectful. They were on time and finished the job efficiently, taking out the old appliances and all the packaging that came with the new pieces. I am waiting on a couple of additional appliances and I’m happy to know that the guys will be coming back to complete the remainder of the work.

I purchased a dishwasher from Fred's Appliance and was referred to your company for installation. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative who answered the phone was discourteous and seemed unwilling to address my questions. Initially, the haul-away service was stated to be included in the price, but when I mentioned that I did not need this service, I was told it was complimentary… Consequently, I opted for another company to handle the installation due to the poor customer service and the significantly higher quoted minimum price.

Fred's appliance referred them to install our new oven at our home. Scheduling was easy, they picked up the oven from Fred's directly, gave us a call the morning of the appointment and they were on time. The install went smooth and they even took the time to help secure and adjust my dishwasher. Would recommend using them.

I ultimately had a great result with tech who did my dishwasher install. The fit was challeningly tight and able to re use existing custom panel. The end result is a better install than what was replaced. Offered good tips for future replacement of some of my other aging appliances. .
